Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Your email address.
- Payment and customer identifiers received from Stripe.
- Purchase history (which reports, subscriptions, or scans you have ordered).
- Access and unlock tokens used to deliver paid content.
- Custom scan brief details (niche, website, competitors) when you order one.
- Anonymous product analytics events if an analytics provider is configured.
2. How we use it
- Deliver the reports and scans you have purchased.
- Send access recovery links when you ask for them.
- Manage subscriptions and renewals.
- Improve the product and our research workflow.
- Respond to support requests.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. SignalCards does not store full card numbers and never has access to your CVC. See Stripe's privacy notice for details.
4. Emails
We send transactional emails for purchases, access recovery, subscription status, and custom scan delivery. Marketing emails are only sent if and when you opt in.
5. Access link usage
When an unlock link is opened, we store a hashed token, hashed IP address, and hashed browser user-agent to detect abusive link sharing. We use this only for abuse prevention and delete these events after 30 days.
6. Data deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@getsignalcards.com. We may retain minimum records required for tax/accounting compliance.
7. Third-party providers
SignalCards uses the following processors:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Supabase — database and authentication primitives.
- Brevo — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
- An analytics provider may be configured for anonymous usage metrics.
