Refund Policy

1. 7-day refund window

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days we generally cannot issue refunds.

2. One-time report unlock

Refund available within 7 days of purchase if the report did not meet your expectations. Please tell us what was missing so we can improve.

3. Monthly Intelligence subscription

Refund available within 7 days of the first month if you are not satisfied. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (use the /access recovery flow with your checkout email). After the first month, you can still cancel anytime; refunds for an automatic renewal are reviewed case by case within 7 days of the renewal date. Any legacy SignalCards subscription created before Monthly Intelligence existed follows the same rules.

4. Custom Scan

Full refund available before work has started on your scan. Once the custom research has been delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@getsignalcards.com from the email you used at checkout. Include the product (Monthly Intelligence, full report unlock, Custom Scan, or a legacy SignalCards subscription) and a short reason if you have one.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
