Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days we generally cannot issue refunds.

Refund available within 7 days of purchase if the report did not meet your expectations. Please tell us what was missing so we can improve.

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (use the /access recovery flow with your checkout email). Refunds for an automatic renewal are reviewed case by case within 7 days of the renewal date.

Full refund available before work has started on your scan. Once the custom research has been delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Email contact@getsignalcards.com from the email you used at checkout. Include the product (full report unlock, Weekly Digest, or Custom Scan) and a short reason if you have one.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
